Frank
You made this comment early today. Did some one blow some mo hot air in your direction?
It is my feeling that the only way to win in this game is just to stay focused on the leaders in any industry and let the wind bags blow all the hot air and smoke they want. In the end and over the long term the markets will prevail and our wealth will grow beyond anything we can imagine. Lets keep our Dell, Microsoft, Cisco and the rest of them you know what I mean. It is not being able to time the market but the length of time in the market that counts. If greenspan got fired some other heckler would enter the barn and we would be going thought the same thing all over again. There is always going to be something or some comment by anyone in the spot light who will succeed in pissing us off and try to shake our confidence and instill fear. Radical maneuvers is all in a game and I get caught in its throws from time to time. Lets just live a full life and have lots of fun and enjoy good health. The market will take care of us all over time.

Best Wishes to All,
Frank

>>>Have you checked your portfolio lately or are you not in the market?<<<

Frank...

Yes I have and I'm up over 200% over the last 2.5 years and up over 35% this year... so what's you're problem? I thought you were a long term "investor"?

Good Luck...

BBG

We are reaching a time in the year where many people are on vacation leading to reduced liquidity in the market. Sept is the time when traders get ready for the volitility common in Oct. and we have the end of the millenium to contend with. Now is a good time to pay off margin accounts and reduce your risk level to one you can be comfortable with. I have checked my portolio lately and am at a tolerable risk level and able to take advantage of any opportunities. I also drink my coffee black.
