No offense intended Frank, but if you can't substantiate your broad statement that top tier industry players were "deploying massive resources" to alternative DRAM architecture despite Intel's stated intent to support RDRAM (Rambus), such comments would appear to be of the FUD variety. That's why I asked you for specifics. Of course, if your point is that there are ALWAYS new, competing technologies that may surface and thus analyzed and considered, that is a generality that all would accept.
