...or it will be taken as... Too late. It already has been taken as they are trying to hide something (and doing a lousy job of it yet!) This is like walking into the kitchen and finding your kid with his hand in the cookie jar, then he dashes over to the lightswitch and shuts the lights off so you can't see him. My opinion is that it's time for Massimo, IR, and the TA to come clean together in a statement to shareholders before the shareholders destroy them in the process of investigating on their own and/or with the help of the SEC. Just my opinion. -R

The same thing happened over at NTAH where the CEO had ordered the TA not to divulge numbers; then came a 1-for-5 reverse split out of the blue and of course the bent-over shareholders never even got the courtesy of being asked "Would you like Vaseline with that?" and of course it was discovered, after the fact, that there had been about 10 times as many shares as had been thought. History repeats itself. This blizzard won't end until they reach the authorised; then there'll be a reverse, and of course the authorised won't be lowered along with the outstanding when the r/s happens, so as soon as the r/s is official, the next blizzard can begin.
