I don't know much about employease but I like the fact that they explain their company on their webpage. So you can see right there that they are a client/server replacement, thats what I like about them. I don't think there is much software expertise in Atlanta where their HQ is. The first SFA company came out of Atlanta and they had quite a time to market lead but as soon as Siebel and Vantive came out, they were toast. I suspect the same for employease.
