As you can see, it closed with the bid on the low--and though that was one tick artificially low (NASDAQ MMs tend to narrow the spread at the closing bell to prevent people from stealing off with a large number of shares and making it difficult for them to "mark to market"), it still meant that the bid was only ONE tick off the low. I like it to be two ticks off, am happiest with three, and, as Doug R has pointed out, the greatest success tends to come when the signal day itself shows some significant bounce--say three to five percent?
As you can see, PIR didn't bounce. Then again, most cats aren't these days.
