I couldn't agree with you more Gus. You said, "nothing will happen until the company makes it happen". I think the people at Sungold would agree with you too. One item which shows that the company has been making the right moves is the Tribal recognition. Now that the Tribe has a green light to go ahead, we'll see that the prompt legal action by the company last February has enabled the company to negotiate from strength. Whether there is a negotiated settlement to proceed, or some other arrangement, it will involve a lot of money, and will be the result of long diligent effort. I'm convinced there's more going on with Sungold than Richmond and the Michigan projects, though I know that most investors will want to touch the proof before they buy. I have a feeling that there may be some guys out there trying to scare up some cheap shares. That's fine by me. I'm longer than ever. ......... OT: Here's a new gaming industry website,northerngaming.com It is hosted by Fraser Trebilock Davis & Foster (Bob Stocker's firm), and the Casino Journal Publishing Group. FTD&F in conjunction with the CJPG are hosting the innaugural Northern Gaming Summit Oct. 12 - 14, 1999. FTD&F also hosts the Michigan Gaming Law newsletter, which can be found at: michigangaming.com CJFP also "hosts gaming's most comprehensive website" at:casinocenter.com .......... I notice that I need to correct my last post. I said, "My understanding is that the Tribe, having been recognized, has an obligation to the company to put land in trust with the DOI for their ancestral homeland, and also to establish a Class III casino. The clock is now ticking for them." When I looked at the company's recent publication I see that the words 'ancestral homeland' are wrong. The words should be 'initial reservation'. Also, 'NIGRA' should be 'IGRA'.
