You'd mentioned that the buy signal generated by the 8dRSI would be a nice confirmation but too late to actually act on. True enough: But it may be the actual buy signal of the flange. Just draw lines from RSI tops through reference highs and back test: It looks VERRRRy impressive, at least to seekers of fools gold such as m-o-i.
