Remember, the original proposal was for a 1-for-3 reverse split. Faced with the prospect of being voted down by the shareholders, the proposal was withdrawn. What we have been presented with instead is a 1-for-4 split.

I'm afraid that the message I get from that is not repeatable on a public forum.
