Your one lost share prompted me to check something out concerning the rounding of shares:

I have another account which had 4,400 AVAL shares. After the 1:8 conversion that would represent 550 STAY shares. ETrade has posted my 85% of 550 as 467 shares - rounding down from the actual number of 467.5 --- I figure I would recover the lost 1/2 share in the next three distributions of 5% each.

But, look what happens:

550 x .850 = 467.5 with shares credited = 467
550 x .050 = 27.5 with shares credited = 27
550 x .050 = 27.5 with shares credited = 27
550 x .050 = 27.5 with shares credited = 27

In total, I would be entitled to 550 (4400 x .125) shares. But, under the above process used by ETrade, my total shares credited comes to 548 --- two shares LESS than the 550!

Just something to keep an eye out and make sure the final distribution of shares from escrow is adjusted to compensate for the two shares lost due to rounding.
