B: Virtual Games, Inc. Signs Software Contract With Computer Associates to Give
Virtual Reality Arcade Platforms Real-Time Internet Access

SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug 9, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Virtual
Games, Inc. of San Jose, Calif, (OTC BB:ITOY), announced today that it
has signed a 5-year software licensing and supplier contract with
Computer Associates (NYSE:CA), an industry leader in information,
database, assessment, diagnostics, configuration and systems management
software.

The software will permit Virtual Games' Virtual Reality platforms to
perform remote operational functions through connectivity to the
Internet.

"Virtual Games is very pleased to have executed this long-term
Agreement with Computer Associates. It will provide us a new business
partner that has demonstrated their desire to join our team of high
technology companies using our advanced VR platforms as showcases for
their products' exposure to the Amusement Arcade Industry.

"Their software will permit our products to download new game content,
download commercials for e-commerce display on our platform monitors,
manage assets, monitor software and hardware operations, order
replacement parts for overnight delivery, and network game play between
remote locations. Using the Internet for these types of functions is
unique in the Amusement Arcade Industry," said Bruce Klein, President
and COO of Virtual Games.

The execution of this Agreement meets Virtual Games' marketing plan as
they prepare for the shipping of the first Beta Site units to Pocket
Change USA in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and Lazer Park in Times
Square, New York City. The Beta Site locations will compile coin drop
and reliability information on the VRX-633(TM) Single Six-Axis VR
Platform and the DPX-633(TM) Dual Pod Networked Six-Axis VR Platform
over a 30-day period.

Founded in 1997, Virtual Games, Inc. is delivering on the promise of
Virtual Reality(TM). An industry leader in the design, development, and
manufacture of Virtual Reality technology, Virtual Games, Inc. is
bringing to the amusement industry the expertise and innovations it
continues to demonstrate in products found in the Space Shuttle and
most of the Boeing Aircraft.

Starting to get a bit weird around here

Nathalie just called me from the road. Seems she got a message from SI that her account was terminated for numerous violations of SI TOU.

Think she hasn't even posted anything since I told her to get out of the market in May.

Maybe I'll ask her what she's done when she gets back to the office tomorrow.
