That quote from the Coulter officer is meaningless. The things he mentioned are what is done DURING the six-month review process, not BEFORE. At this stage the FDA is kicking the BLA back because it did not meet the submission requirements (whatever that may be). This is another case in the lesson of dealing with an intractable bureaucracy: "Do as they say, not what you THINK they say."

Who knows, maybe the FDA officials simply have too many pearls up their rear end. But common sense should tell you this: if this is simply a reformatting of data, why would it take until mid-October to complete a re-file? There is something more to it than the official spin.

PS: I am not short the stock.
