Gordon,
three of the four analysts Tang Leheny and Toth maintained their buy ratings. Ende at Lehman who was a soft buy bolted. Ginzberg at Piper must be on vacation.
That said I it is not clear yet where the stock will rally. I believe the company will refile by the end of September which will result in a 3 month delay.
The question is how can something like this happen. CLTR regulatory people should have regular contact with the FDA. Is it possible that this is the staffs way of giving themselves a 9 month review?

THis has been a bad day.

Gordon, I think you're right about the disgusted part. We're pretty disgusted over here on my street too.

Another thing that puzzles me (I'm so easily puzzled), is the trading action today. If the intraday chart is to believed about 3 million shares, half of today's volume, traded at about 11:30 with little change in price. In fact, the price seems pretty flat all day. People must have had their heels dug in pretty deep on both sides.
