GE is the master for getting good terms, cheapest prices
GE should be the beneficiary of this PR, imho
two questions
how much business does Mastech do with GE now?
how much of the contract is contigent on GE Capital acquiring contracts from their customers?
of course these questions may not matter to PR driven buyers/sellers, but worth considering
