I do not think that you have missed the annual meeting. Before a public traded company has its annual meeting, it must file proxy (DEF 14A) with SEC and mail the proxy to its shareholders. I have not seen any proxy filing for FY1999 from IDTI with SEC. For the past few years, IDTI would file DEF 14A with SEC in the beginning of July and have its annual meeting in late August. However, this is not the case for this year. It appears that the annual meeting for the present will be delayed for at least 2 months. One has to wonder what's cooking.
