I know PA has the most expensive real estate in the country but I thought the east coast was close. For example I thought Greenwhich, Conn was comparable? The reason I posted that is for the people that live in Texas to see the reality of the two coasts. Personally I don't know why they would want anything over 2500 sq feet, and if they were smart they would rent an apt in the city instead of buying now... the Clintons aren't very good with money though.
