Bob, I certainly will give it a try. Now, if we could only figure out a way to get these "universal" stock trading symbols on-line w/o having to call brokers on the phone. Thank you, sir, for being so generous by sharing this nice new trading idea with us.

Hate to be a party pooper but why reinvent the wheel and waste the time of hundreds of investors interested in ELH by forcing them to page through post after post about trading Canadian stocks in the US. Just enter "broker" in the search box at the bottom of any SI page and you'll find the appropriate forums for that. Stockhouse has a thread for that also. Alternatively, check out Don Johnson's Broker report [http://www.sonic.net/donaldj/brokers.html]. It's current and you can quickly find out which houses allow Canadian trades. Although it's not perfect, E*Trade works--any number of shares, limit orders, $20. And you can enter them online.
