Yes, Horiuchi was indicted in Idaho, and yes, he was rescued by the feds.

I also have heard that he was at Waco, for whatever that's worth.

As for him being an expert marksman, one would think that he must be, since that's his job, but his defense for shooting Vicki Weaver was that he was aiming at Kevin Harris and missed, so...

He did NOT miss his target.... those guys are absolute marksmen with high power scopes... he could hit a nickle at 300 yards.
He is a product of this system that the American public brought on themselves and will someday be very sorry for.
