I experienced the same problem before. Try type waterhouse.com at the address, instead of using your old bookmark address. You should see IPO center this way. But prepared to be disappointed because there is nothing in IPO center, nothing at all for a long long time. In fact, the only IPO Waterhouse has given its customer is TWE itself at $24!!!
