Great commentary you posted. I don't have much to add. I pretty much agree with everything you said.

Specifically, load balancing was the achilles heel of MSFT's thin-client solution. It was called, "Windows Load Balancing." Under Windows 2000 Terminal Services Edition it will be called, "Network Load Balancing." MSFT claims it works better than it's former version. But no one knows yet if this is accurate. I wouldn't put much weight on the recent analyst comments at Microsoft Investor website. Remember ASP revenue was said to be negligible in the foreseeable future during Q1 CC. And it was not even mentioned in Q2 CC. I don't think the analyst quite knows what CTXS is about, but he did note the fact CTXS' delivers it's numbers.

Just as a final note, although there is little concrete information regarding the MSFT-CTXS relationship, I have yet to detect any type of antagonistic behavior between MSFT and CTXS. Personally I don't understand it anymore than you do. You summed it up quite nicely.
