WRONG!!!! The market has advanced over 70% since his famous speech. He knew a bubble was forming back in 1996, now it's totally obvious, yet with everyone being right in the middle of it, very few really see it for what it is. In reality, all that has happened is people's perceptions have been totally warped, and no one has really done any significant selling of assets while building up massive personal debts. This bubble isn't ready to burst yet in my opinion, but it will in the next year or so and it will cause over a decade of economic pain. Perpetual prosperity is a pipe dream! Bubbles always end badly..............
