Fred, The Chicago Tribune and other media are not going to publish allegations but they will publish the facts concerning lawsuits against LG Electronics and Zenith's directors and officers.

Note: the average period of time for a corporation within bankruptcy court for a prepackaged Chapter 11 is five months while LG is pressing to be in and out of court in less than two months. The presence of lawsuits will extend Zenith's stay in Chapter 11. Please contact your own attorney if you are considering a lawsuit.

The Official Equity Committee should be designated within a day or two. Committee members, most likely, will be required to keep confidential all matters of the committee including negotiations (if any) with LG Electronics.
