Well you have to show a loss and you have no position so where is your loss bud. However, you libel distorion and psoting under numerous names may be the reason I have a loss so bring it on. I have a right to my opinon based on the conversations and the trading. I have not accused HRZG of anything except boxing. OH that is a crime .. BS ... his job is to make a liquid market. He has done no crime nor have I suggested he has except maybe be short a bit. UNLESS you happen to be connected somehow. Now I know I have a right to make any complaint if I feel their is a convenient scenario. People did it to me when I caught that CEO and I can;t sue them ... They have a right to there opinion based on what they knew. Where is your loss are you losing money because you are short? Is that what you wish to recover? But that is ok when bashing the stock does not work ,,, committing libel against people in personal attacks and if that don't work then threaten LAWSUIT!!! LOL ... :-) GB
