StickWolf, it is quite evident that our styles differ quite a lot, mine is a combination of technical analysis backed by semi quantitative fundamental valuation. My style also forbid me from "atalking to management for the purpose of learning their business. I prefer using their written material and SEC documentation. The reasoning for the latter strategy is that I used to run myself a small OTC company, and I found very rapidly that when investors call the last thing management wants to do is to tell the investor of all the problems gnawing at you heels, that management must face. So, management job is to put the best "Face" on actual events and status (without lying, of course). Good management will charm you off your feet with dressing up disastrous news into opportunities. So, I decided a long time ago to look at the "cold" facts (in writing) rather than be charmed by able management.

Things that are very important to find out in a situation like OREX is what is their burn rate and how much cash they have on hand. Do we know that from any reliable source?

Best Regards and good luck.
