It's the asset evaluations; or the perception that they have reached an intermediate top. The only thing I'm buying now are the preferred issues. But the tide will turn in 3 to 6 months after some more on the downside.........gregor

Amen to that - Dividend capturing is not working lately.

Then again, not much is working lately in the markets --- Cash is king.
