Steve, I wasn't picking on you specifically. I had read other similar posts implying that ENGA was a one time thing. The DSP program was instituted to cover all future IPOs of the wholly-owned subs. I didnt realized that they reserved the right to can it. (from your email) I think they'd meet with a wave of selling if they took the DSP program away. Could they be analyzing who held and who flipped and if everybody flipped then that would be a reason not to continue it? Just random thoughts...
