Russ,

The Readers Digest version goes like that old Life Cereal ad, where the kids are at the breakfast table and waiting to see if "Mikey like's it". My suggestion for Benz fans is to do the same at this point --- wait to see if Prime inks their deal with Benz. It would seem to be likely at this point given that Benz has done everything they said they would do at the time that Prime entered into the Letter of Intent, but prudence would still dictate waiting until its official IMO.

I have a huge position in this company and it would serve my interests if somehow I was able to sucker folks into buying hundreds of thousands of shares of this company. But what I have learned over the last 5 years of being on the investment chat scene on the web is that whatever little short-term kick you may get by making something look better than it really is, is not worth the longer-term harm to your overall "cyber-reputation".

So basically I just call 'em as I see 'em. Note that when you have rapidly unfolding news developments this could result in a significant amount of what may appear to be "waffling" on my part, as each piece of news unfolds.

That wasn't me buying. I already own too much of this company.

At this point I'm getting into the larger cap. companies with stocks that are fully marginable, getting positioned for the massive rally that will ensue as soon as the institutional types get back from vacation next week. Favorite at this point is Comstock Resources (CRK). Check out the thread I've started on them.

Russ,

Levesque is loading up at anything under C$.31. Is this just a last-ditch averaging down move or does he know something? You make the call.

He already is into this stock big-time and I believe his brother (the college prof.) is still on the Board.

Take this for what its worth -- $.02. No, make that C$.02!

Russ,

Looks like Mikey likes it! News on Prime Resources inking their deal to buy into Old Ocean came out after the close yesterday and now we finally have the bid back up to C$.30.

I'm now upgrading this company to a strong buy at anything under C$.30, a buy at anything under C$.35. Remember, the huge dilution from the preferred does not kick in until C$.35.
