Perhaps we will have to change the name of this thread to Value investing/market timing. I am hopeful that the market will one more leg to it myself. Also would question any tightening until we know a little more about Russia and Japan. On a more value oriented note, Jim, what is going on with the USU? S&P published a downgrade citing the need to replace infrastructure( in the next 10 years?) and competitive pricing, two factors I was completely in the dark about. Can you elucidate or translate the S&P fears for us?
