Just for the record, A relative of mine, wroks for a public compnay thats does programming n design, for private n govermental programs, he has the highest level of clearance a civilian has, Rarely does he discuss in detail about any govermental projects, He also developed the IRIS scan, compnay called SENSOR, to give u an idea of this guys.
My point, is at a party over the weekend, i waas dicussing ches with him, I asked point blasnk about a compnay called PROBITY, that was all i said, one word, He knew the compnay the age of the company when it came out, knew of the buyout, he is also on that area for the next week, n will get some info on it, n whats happening inside this company from associates he knows in the area. Great company, huge upside n just watch n see what goes on with it, thats what he stated.
Now, based on the clues that have been casted around, .I belive an SEC news release is due this week, I cant fathom the thought that CHES would allow an E placed on the stock, that wouldnt look good, n they also would not be signing deals n negotiating deals, if this was going to happen.
As far as SMCS goes, this deal makes sense, also the clues lead us to this company, as far as their PR yesterday, 3rd n 4th paragragh lead us to that also, thic could be a great acq.
I see the SEC first , Than 10m funding, but they could be switched, but i would assume those 2 happen before anything else, 10m is need for closing on acq anyway, cant close without the cash.
Now, I see some bashing, but let me say this, n realize what I'm saying, If u put these clowns on igmore, eventually all u will read is good posts, regardless og what goes on in the company, that is trading with blinders on, ur only blocking them out, everyone else can see them, so ur not stopping them from posting, People at GAAY did that, mustve had 100 ignored, eventually people post, (why is the stock falling, when all i read is good posts), i hope u understand what I';m saying, I realize theirs idiots out there, but relax take it in stride, they obviously have no life.
Now back to probity, when my relative gets back, i will update my findings on probity, so look for my posts soon.
