All Europe is in fall, Hong-Kong and Japan too. I believe that that looks at very badly.

The 30 area is acting like a magnet to the VIX. An electro-magnet, and somebody just ramped up the juice.

VIX formed Head and Shoulder pattern today. It was weak near the end of the day. I believe it will fall to 23, maybe even 22 area tomorrow. Many of the indexes have bullish patterns. Tomorrow morning will be interesting. SOX and INX both had good runs today. This could be the short term base area...or just a good bounce.
