Au Contraire,
I have read this comment before, about 6 -8 weeks ago in an OPEC quote very similar to this one. Unfortunately, I did not save the URL and am relying on my not totally infallible memory VBG.

Personnally, I do believe that OPEC is doing an unprecedented fine job of influencing the markets with their comments, they must have spent a lot of time watching CNBC or Big Al The Market Mover while oil was in the doldrums last year. I tend to agree with Sliders suppositions as to their motivations
