OR maybe this since everyone wants to sue ... Organized bashers named in shareholder class action suit. Attorneys for the shareholders filed a class action lawsuit in United States District Court for the Central District of (State), (Division), against (Organized Bashers), the "Bashers", for securities fraud on behalf of all investors who acquired the Company's common stock (Company/Ticker) during the period *** , ** through and including *** , ** (the "Class Period").
