There seem to be a lot of "ifs" in his plans....but if he can secure the trains and right of way thru the towns and cities mentions, then he may have added value that that will be of speculative grade investment......but there will certainly be a time limit for these rights, and will need casino operators to be onboard and the state of nevada gaming.

"maybe we get lucky..." - in my view the only way that'll happen is if the train is diverted to those NV counties where prostitution is legal - if you're gonna get screwed perhaps LS can at least arrange for there to be some warm bodies who are at least as adept as he is! (IMHO of course)
