JDN << the answer is that people will PAY for office because of the value proposition it provides. if two people in a group use star and ten use ms office, how long will it take for them to be totally frustrated with the experience. ms offic will let GROUPS of people conduct a meeting over the internet, and each party can update the document in real time. sunw is doing what novell did when they bought dr research's DOS clone, that is, fighting the LAST war.
