Well, this is why I think PCNA will be up soon (if not today, within two months):

Increasing revs, no more drag on balance sheet from CDP, and a million shares from U.link IPO (SB-2 filed 13 AUG). If they're doing another website or two in Sept. that's just icing on the cake imo.

From link: equitynet.net
PCNA's financial history is somewhat clouded by the purchase and subsequent sale of College Directory Publishing, Inc. ("CDP"), which affected 1997 and 1998 earnings. As for revenues for these years, CDP added $3.7 million in sales in 1997 and none in 1998. Therefore, CDP was a significant drain on earnings for fiscal 1998. Now, with CDP sold, the Company is starting fresh in 1999 with a healthy balance sheet and will likely turn a profit. In addition, as a result of the CDP sale, PCNA will receive $1 million in U.Link, Inc. (formerly CDP) common stock upon the completion of a U.Link initial public offering. Though the timing of such offering cannot be determined, U.Link filed its SB-2 registration statement on August 13, 1999.

Anyway, I'm back in PCNA...time to hold when all else fails to move, lol.

-Mark
