PR NewsWire e-Net, Inc. Introduces Affiliate Program for ZeroPlus.com

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Program Will Allow Internet Sites to Generate Revenue by Signing up Members
For ZeroPlus.com's PC-to-PC Phone Service

GERMANTOWN, Md., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- e-Net, Inc. (Nasdaq: ETEL) today
announced the introduction of the ZeroPlus.com Affiliate Program, designed to
enable Internet site providers that employ ZeroPlus.com's software to receive
a percentage of the revenues derived by ZeroPlus.com from advertising on the
Internet site, revenues from enhanced services, and PC-to-Phone service. In
addition, certain Affiliate sites may be provided with a co-branded version of
the ZeroPlus.com software, a customized registration page for users, and the
necessary banners and logos for their websites.
Introduced in June 1999, ZeroPlus.com lets users place domestic telephone
calls over the Internet by dialing "0" plus a 10-digit number, or
international calls by dialing "00" plus the number, very similar to the way
people make calls on a traditional phone network. Recently, the company
announced an enhancement to the service, allowing people around the world to
reserve their home Internet phone numbers, regardless of the number of digits.
With the announcement of several recent network alliances such as those with
Talk City and Cyberteens.com, ZeroPlus.com anticipates it will soon enable
members to make PC-to-Phone calls using the existing software. There will be
a charge for this service and for other advanced user features that are
expected to be rolled out in the near future. It is the revenues generated by
these features, as well as revenues generated by advertising, that
ZeroPlus.com plans to share with its affiliates. The Company hopes that this
incentive structure will garner affiliate support and will give ZeroPlus.com's
bulk marketing strategy a significant boost.
"There has been great interest in Internet Telephony recently," said
Robert Veschi, President and CEO of e-Net, Inc. "Internet portals and ISPs of
all types are looking to offer Internet Telephony services to their customers
in a variety of forms, one being a voice chat service and another being
connection and completion of telephone calls originating on the Internet to
telephones which are not connected to the Internet. ZeroPlus.Com offers both
of these services through the same technology. Implementing a free voice chat
service is expected to be a valuable tool in assisting service providers to
increase their member loyalty. In addition, we anticipate the ability to
connect and complete Internet originated calls to off-net telephones will
permit service providers to generate additional revenue. We believe that
ZeroPlus.com is the best such service available."
The Company believes that ZeroPlus.com's Affiliate Program provides
significant overall added value for portals and ISPs that are deciding among
the Internet Telephony offerings available. First, ZeroPlus.com's basic
service is free. Internet users are reluctant to subscribe to fee-based
services unless a portion of the service is provided free. ZeroPlus.com's
basic service will be provided fee, but the Company will also offer a variety
of value-added services in the near future, including advanced calling
features like Internet call waiting, Internet call forwarding and Internet
call transfer, voicemail and unified messaging and PC-to Phone service that
the Company believes members will be willing to pay for. It is the revenues
from these enhanced services that ZeroPlus.com proposes to share with its
Internet site clients. A final competitive advantage of the ZeroPlus.com
technology is its ease of use because it most closely resembles the way
people make traditional phone calls today.

-- About e-Net and ZeroPlus.com --
e-Net, Inc. is a recognized leader in developing hardware and software
technology that allows voice to be transmitted over data networks, including
the Internet, IP, ATM, or Frame Relay. The company's wholly owned subsidiary,
ZeroPlus.com, provides consumers with their own permanent Internet telephone

calls anytime, anywhere via their computers -- completely free of charge. The
revolutionary aspect of this service is that domestic Internet calls are made

plus the number, very similar to the way people make calls on a traditional
phone network. To begin using this new service, consumers first register on-
line at www.ZeroPlus.com, select their permanent Internet phone number and
download e-Net's free software. With three simple steps, consumers can place
and receive free calls over the Internet, PC to PC.
