CC -- Thanks... we all know it can sometimes be difficult to pull out the real information from a PR. What I found the most interesting (as I am sure, you did as well) was: "... we will continue to aggressively pursue the best route to NASDAQ, either on our own or in a relationship with another company" ... Of course, Net Shepherd made references to mergers and acquisitions in our meeting with them in early August. It appears that they will seek out the right fit to make the best emergence on the Nasdaq. As many of us learned (the hard way), a move to the Nasdaq must be well planned and orchestrated. Otherwise, the US will chew us up and spit us out. Obviously, a merger with - or an acquisition of/by - a strong partner would put us in a position to make a grand showing. Denise.
