MB, long time no see and where's that beer you promised? :) I'm reading some ibank research reports on CAP (competive advantage period - the length of time that investors expect a firm to invest cash at returns at greater than the cost of that capital). Is this legit, or is this a creative way to explain the valuations of today's stock and why its ok to pay for stocks at these levels? BTW: Does Houston's weather ever improve?
