Hi Gary,
I am beginning to look at ORXX, and I have a couple of questions. Here is what I did, I took a sheet of paper and wrote down the pros and cons based on what I have found so far. While I am not slamming, I would be interested in your comments.

PROS

1. HGP is a cool sounding process, and the environmentally-friendly aspect is always appealing.

2. Rosenberg has an impressive background in the field.

3. Haber himself is VERY impressive, (but see the cons listed below)

CONS

1. WHY is a mining operation located in Coral Gables, FL?? (too EUTOesque for me)

2. NON-Reporting

3. President of the company has a background in medical training and trading. Seems to me like their first order of business may be stock performance and not the HGP process. Would make more sense if they named Rosenberg as president.

4. Haber is there in an "advisor" capacity. If this is "his baby", why isn't he in for a bigger piece of the pie? Also, the majority of Haber's background appears to be in electrical generation, but admittedly I am not knowledgable enough about the relation between the two fields.

5. I couldn't find any patent info on HGP. (shades of DF144)

6. Only incorporated in Florida in 6/99, but incorporated in DE prior.

7. MAJOR blunder in news release. There is a BIG difference between "exclusive rights" and "exclusive use". BIG.

Your thoughts?

:-)
