Hi Joe...I've heard that will be true for numerous companies, from mostly upper level management...

Many are on call on New Years eve...

ps...If one looks at the liquidity levels around the world and the reduction of these since early summer, many companies are not taking any chances and are exercising and or drawing down on thier lines to the maximum....very interesting if the likelyhood of a minor Y2K event...but JMHO
