Dell's newly introduced value consumer PC line, Dimension-L, uses Intel's 810 chipset with integrated graphics. This segment used to be equipped with ATI chips on the motherboard.

Dell's Dimension line motherboards come from Intel. If ATI was dropped it was because Intel dropped them and they were no longer available. (I'm sure Dell has some input but these boards show up in other Intel customers like Gateway too).
