Dave, I'm sorry to say that your "American" remarks are at least partially true, in my opinion. Notable exceptions are Nortel and now, JDSU. We currently own JDSU Also, in my opinion, we are all "North Americans", and after visiting your "North Eastern" provinces, I have fallen in love that part of our continent - especially Newfoundland. It was kind of weird, when I first heard Canadians complaining about those people "South of the Border". Kind of wondered what "you all" had against the Mexicans... :-) Nuff Said, I guess. Dave and All, Todays announcement by BTY (British Telecom) that they will be offering home networking products by Home Wireless Networks Inc. homewireless.com is at this link. dailynews.yahoo.com A check of their PDF document at homewireless.com shows a line of products aimed directly at the home market. Does anyone have technical info on their products, and possible threats to Wi-Lan ?? The company has support from Lucent Technologies as well homewireless.com Best to all, Mardy.
