Lee: I see the pop, look for the previous high in the flag to be resistance if the formation holds. Then a downturn from there...

EDIT: The formation already provided almost a 1/3 retrace of the formation.

What are you watching that told you a buy program was about to kick in. Sure enough, though, the market as a whole started climbing not long after your post (in all probability as a result of a buy program in light volume). I can normally see the results but not anticipate them.
