GERMANTOWN, Md. (Dow Jones)--E-Net Inc. (ETEL) began a program that allows
Internet site providers to receive a percentage of revenues derived by offering
e-Net's ZeroPlus.com software on Web sites.

In a press release Tuesday, e-Net said sites participating in the ZeroPlus.com
affiliate program will be provided with a co-branded version of the ZeroPlus.com
software, a customized registration page for users and the necessary banners and
logos for their Web sites.

ZeroPlus.com is an Internet telephony service that offers voice chat and
connects Internet originated calls to off-net telephones.

ZeroPlus.com's basic service will be provided free. However, e-net plans to
offer value-added services in the near future, such as Internet call waiting,
Internet call forwarding and Internet call transfer, voicemail and unified
messaging and PC-to-Phone service.

E-Net plans to share revenues from the value-added services with its Internet
affiliates.

E-Net's Nasdaq-listed shares recently traded at 3 5/16, up 5/32 or 5%, on
composite volume of 151,100 shares. Average daily volume is 529,187 shares.
