So, Robert, where should the line be drawn? The most common way most people buy silver is "coins" & the premium paid over spot seems very relevant. Now, I agree this is stretching the thing from what is paid over $1000 face bag junk pre-64's or An American Eagle, but you see the point?

Silver and platinum threads can easily accommodate coin discussion and various industrial developments because posting volume is relatively low. Both threads in fact would probably fall dormant without such contributions. At least we don't have to sort out the politics and elaborate workings of gold although PT bears some of that burden.

Fundamentals/technicals become the focus when either of these markets runs sharply hot or cold.

Now about those silver socks...
