I've been told that there is more leverage in index options, but I don't really see how. Are the spreads larger or tighter? I would think that as much volume as is traded in index options, the spreads would be very tight.

Expecting one more buy program to kick in here soon and will exit on that next move up. I don't want to be greedy and I expect a re-test of the 695 OEX area tomorrow so will try to re-enter on that.

Matt - Yes leverage is better and the spreads usually are tighter but in a fast whipsaw market like today, the spreads widen out. Normal spread is 1/4 point and often you can get fills in-between except for my luck lately. Today the spreads are running about 1/2 point and market orders are getting raped outside the spread.

Have to put my order in quick.

Good Luck,

Lee
