Hi, Walt...I have been eyeballing this stock for some time. Have been in and out of it 3 times and simply have a lot of trouble trusting management. I frankly don't understand the decision to hand the IPO off to 2d rate underwriters, take it back and then, do it again....It is so disappointing because there was a time when this would have really skyrocketed.

Frankly, during yesterday's breakout I bought some shares and when I saw the new underwriting team last night, I sold literally at a $25.18 profit at 9 5/8 early this AM....

They will have another shot at it when the IPO hits but it will be difficult to guess where the stock can run. Surely only a fraction of what it once could do.... It would appear that DBCC's run(company that owned Marketwatch) from 5 to 50 and now trades at 7 gives us a picture of both what might have been and what might be....

OT...How about that GUMM?

Mike
