That is quite an article. The first bad news I've seen since owning EXDS from 10/98. Are they picking on the leader as human nature often leads us to do or are these complaints to be taken seriously considering the numbers of clients EXDS has? Can we get some reactions to this piece? Anyone know what the street.com's experience is with EXDS? Comments please. (Despite the article which was out before the close EXDS did well today.)

The Street.com article is a sign of good things to come. Just look at all the complaints that AOL has had over the years. AOL is notorious for scoring low on customer satisfaction surveys, yet look at AOL's stock performance through the years. I guess customer satisfaction and stock price are inversely related. :-)
