I vote for some buy programs and then frozen indecision. I'm sure the consumer confidence and continuing low farm prices didn't create that little pop up.

f and Thread: EDIT: Pisani just said that at 3:53 the NYSE had traded 760 million shares and that by the close, 840 million had traded. That's 80 mil. in the last 7 minutes. "End of the month window dressing" (it's August???) or big bets?????
