FWIW- My favorite part is smoked ham. Bacon is good too. I wish the price would go back down to 20c/lb. again. I'm running out of that pig that I bought this winter. <ng>

Dig those country style ribs too.

I'm getting a beef from my uncle next week. He usually sells his livestock at the bottom of the market, FWIW. <g>
(65c/lb at present)

KRS: I'd consider "Whines" but I've always felt that wine is just sour grapes. Must be the Irish in me. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, we didn't have 4H in The Bronx. <g>
