Sorry for cheerleading but I love to do math...

80% RRC plus 20% TMR = My current portfolio = One happy SOB

don't diss the EW man, the print is the mo-mo sign to jump aboard folks !

.... I think ole Gary has been right, a whole lot more than he has been wrong. Actually; entering here, on a dip tomorrow - is smart. Use his excellent E Wave analysis as the technical conformation to enter ! - I think that was Gary's main point, RRC - ''could'' have revisted $4 1/2 ish, ''or'' moved higher - but, needed to print over $5.38.... that's how I viewed the EW's...

The short interest is obviouslly a huge catalyst. I said earlier - from literally studying this company & its price action - beyond anything I have ever studied; that it had at least $1.25- $1.50 in short covering alone... and it does.

But; the story here is the fundamentals - this is V A L U E !

Lingerfelt is correctamundo; the real move will be when the Institutions arrive back in here - and they will be scooping up the udnervalued plays like OEI XTO RRC CRK here real fast come Q3 - bank on it. The 2nd tier co's allways get moved when the upside reporting happens - per CNBC; that will be Q3 - the first qtr that these companies will show huge upside from prior quarters - ie: $21+ crude versus $17 & $2.75- $3.00 mcf gas vs. $2.20ish... We saw the nobrainer conservative big caps like BR, NBL, APA , TLM, DVN move first - as they should.

Our turn at bat is coming next... per Bob Simpson of XTO's call - we will se 6-8 x cash flow per share; W/RRC @ $3.00 for 2000 - do the math !

good luck all - chalk one up for the little guys !

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Hawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww !

PS - fwiw; I will not sell unless we see a move overnightish to $7+ and then - not more than 1/2 position. I will not sell a single damn share sub $7 - I swear on all that is dear to me. It would be nuts to sell here at sub $7 - the short squeeze is a gimme to $6 1/2ish alone.

Chuck the Wave?? I don't think so--As Slider may recall, I said 2 weeks ago when RRC was 5.50 that the odds were that RRC would likely test 4.5-4.75 and EEX 4.125...well, RRC did touch 4.50 and EEX dipped to 4.19. At the time, Slider-up to his eyeballs in RRC especially-thought 'no way'. So the wave won!!Trouble is-I forgot to get back in (vvbg).....If RRC fails to exceed 5.50 next few days and again dips below 5 (admittedly doubtful at this point), my count of another dip to 4.50 is still technically valid. However, I would now have to side with the bulls as the chart looks to have turned around, to my surprise-I though 5ish this afternoon was going to turn it back down since there was no new news (the bank extension is an obvious move)- I was wrong.Maybe the API will be terrible and I can get back in- whaddaya think? congrats to Slider for all the news and data on rrc
